- Legal Services: Attorneys render legal advice in Thai, Chinese and English, we provide litigation services
throughout the Thai kingdom, including the following cases : civil, criminal, labor disputes, taxes and duties,
intellectual properties, bankruptcies, international trade, governing disputes, human rights, traffic cases, etc. We
also help analyzing, negotiating and screening any draft of contracts or agreements in Thai, Chinese or English.
- Business Registration Services: we render advice of applying for registrations, licences and renewing;

with officials of Commerce Ministry and Revenue Department on behalf of customer.

submission processes included Salary tax, Withholding income tax, Value added tax, Specific business tax,
